Özlem ERTEKİN DEMİRBOĞA, PhD is an expert on diagnostic technologies, diagnostic kit development and production, antibody development and protein biology with 20+ years sectoral and academic experience.

Çağrı DEMİRBOĞA is a 15+ years experienced mechanical engineer, who has international experience in factory installations, new production line commissioning, maintenance, investment and process management in different sectors.

Gülden UĞURLU, who completed her undergraduate education in the Department of Economics, has over 20 years of experience in creating efficient organizational processes for companies, creating and managing financial strategies and budget management.

Ken is a Senior Manager with decades of international board level experience and has held a number of senior international sales and marketing management positions at American Colloid Inc, Houston Realtime Inc, Intel LanDesk and Accent software. Ken has been involved in a wide range of UK and European spin outs, start up and scale up companies both as an investor and "hands on" manager.
